Our Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

If any refund is approved, we will initiate and credit the refund within 10 days from the date of approval. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Return request has been approved by our team
  • Product has been received and inspected by us
  • Product meets all return conditions as per our Return Policy
  • All necessary documentation is complete

Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will be processed to the same card (5-10 business days)
  • Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the same bank account (5-10 business days)
  • UPI: Refund will be processed to the same UPI ID (3-7 business days)
  • Wallet: Refund will be credited to the same wallet (3-7 business days)

Partial Refunds

In case of partial returns or if the product is returned in a condition that doesn't meet our return policy, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable charges.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, etc.). In such cases, both product amount and shipping charges will be refunded.

Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway. If you don't receive your refund within 10 days, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the matter.
